Ingredients
Directions
- Let’s get started by adding your acai packet, frozen banana slices, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and ¼ cup of milk into the blender.
- Start blending on low speed – you want to avoid a smoothie situation! As things start to combine, you can gradually increase the speed. You’ll likely need to pause and scrape down the sides with a spatula a few times to make sure everything gets blended properly.
- Keep blending until you have a really thick and smooth mixture – like soft-serve ice cream consistency. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk, just one tablespoon at a time. Be careful not to overdo it with the liquid, though – you want it nice and creamy, not runny.
- Once you’re happy with the thickness, carefully pour the blended mixture into a bowl.
- Arrange your toppings however you like – fresh strawberry slices, blueberries, banana slices, granola, and chia seeds are all great options.
- Acai bowls are best when they’re fresh, so enjoy right away before they start to melt. They're a perfect, refreshing treat.

Notes
For the thickest texture, make sure your banana is fully frozen before blending. Leftover blended acai base can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 day, though it will soften as it sits.
