In a large bowl, add all of your marinade ingredients together and mix until combined. We'll be using half for the raw chicken and saving the other half for brushing on the cooked chicken.
Grab a bowl with your chicken thighs in it and pour half of the marinade onto the chicken. Save the other half in a bowl or mason jar.
Mix well until the chicken is fully coated in the mixture.
You can either skip the marinade process or marinade your chicken for 30 minutes to 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Take out your air fryer and spray the inside with non-stick cooking spray
Place the marinated chicken in your air fryer and ensure there's enough space between each piece. You will likely need to cook this in multiple batches.
Cook in the air fryer on 400F for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway.
Repeat this process until all of your chicken thighs are fully cooked.
Brush your cooked chicken with your remaining marinade (do not use the one that came in contact with the raw chicken)
