- Peel, rinse and finely dice 1/2 cup of onion.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 lb ground turkey, 1 large egg, 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Mix until fully incorporated, but do not overmix.
- In another bowl, add 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Mix together until everything is combined.
- In a third bowl, add a large egg or two and beat.
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop some of the mixture and place in your hand.
- Roll into a ball
- Dip the ball into the egg wash, then dip it in the panko mixture, then return to the air fryer basket. Repeat this process for all of the meatballs.
- Spray the meatballs with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake on 375F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Let it cool for several minutes before serving.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F for 3 to 4 minutes to restore crispiness.
