- In a large bowl, begin by peeling and mashing your bananas with a fork or a potato masher
- Mix all of your remaining ingredients into the large bowl except for the chocolate chips
- After mixing, gently fold in the chocolate chips
- Preheat your oven on 350F
- Take out a baking dish and line it with parchment paper
- Place your mixture onto the parchment paper and shape into a circular cookie shape with a spoon or a cookie scoop.
- Bake on 350F for 10-15 minutes.
