Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium bananas ripe
  • 1 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Directions
 

  1. In a large bowl, begin by peeling and mashing your bananas with a fork or a potato masher
  2. Mix all of your remaining ingredients into the large bowl except for the chocolate chips
  3. After mixing, gently fold in the chocolate chips
  4. Preheat your oven on 350F
  5. Take out a baking dish and line it with parchment paper
  6. Place your mixture onto the parchment paper and shape into a circular cookie shape with a spoon or a cookie scoop.
  7. Bake on 350F for 10-15 minutes.
