- If using fresh blueberries, rinse them, dry them off and then add to a zip lock bag or bowl. Freeze them for about an hour or two until they are frozen.
- Add your greek yogurt container into the freezer and let it freeze for 2-4 hours.
- Take out all of your ingredients and add them into a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Add more milk if necessary.
- Pour into a glass. This is optional but you can add the toppings of your choice like whipped cream or flaxseed.
- Serve.

Notes
For best texture, use frozen blueberries and a powerful blender. If the smoothie is too thick, add almond milk one tablespoon at a time.
