Ingredients
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all of your ingredients and mix until it’s combined.
- Take a small amount of your mixture and form it into a patty. Repeat this process until you have your desired amount of patties.
- This is optional, but it’s recommended that you chill the patties in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to help them firm up if they’re too wet. This will help keep them from falling apart.
- Preheat a skillet or grill to medium-high heat (350°F/175°C). Lightly oil the surface.
- Cook patties for 5–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C). Avoid pressing down while cooking to retain juices.
- Let burgers rest for 3–5 minutes before assembling your burgers.
- Assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
