Ingredients

Base
  • 1 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1-2 tablespoons natural sweetener (if your protein powder isn’t sweet enough)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 2-4 tablespoons granola
  • Fresh fruit
  • Chia seeds

Directions

  1. Add your cream cheese to a medium bowl and mix it until it’s smooth with no lumps. Microwave it if necessary to soften it.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, vanilla whey protein powder, vanilla extract, and your sweetener (start with 1 tablespoon, add more if needed).
  3. Mix everything together really well until it’s completely smooth and thick and there are no dry pockets of protein powder.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. You can chill it in the fridge for 1-4 hours if you want it to slightly thicken up the consistency.
  6. When you’re ready to serve, give it a quick stir, then add granola and fresh fruit on top if you’d like.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add fresh fruit just before serving to prevent sogginess.
