Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour
  • Half a banana
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 ounce unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Start with your half banana in a bowl or your mug you will be using.
  2. Mash your half banana until it becomes a puree.
  3. Once you’re done mashing, add the rest of your ingredients into the bowl and mix. Use a larger bowl for mixing if necessary.
  4. Spray a mug with non-stick cooking spray and add your mixture into the mug.
  5. Microwave it for 30-60 seconds, depending on how powerful your microwave is. Start with 30 seconds first as if your microwave is too powerful and you do 60 seconds, it could potentially overflow.
  6. After microwaving it, mix everything together and microwave it again for 30-60 seconds.
  7. After the 2nd microwave, check the contents. If it still looks a bit runny, repeat this process 1-2 more times until it’s set and no longer runny.
