Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 4% Milk Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds optional

Directions
 

  1. Take out a food processor or a high powered blender.
  2. Add all of your ingredients into it.
  3. Blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minutes.
  4. Scrap down the sides as needed.
  5. Transfer to a jar, cup or bowl and seal it.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
