Cottage Cheese Protein Cookies

Air fryer protein cookies made with blended cottage cheese, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder for a soft, cookie dough treat that packs 10 grams of protein per serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 4% milk fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips

Directions
 

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese and honey. Blend until smooth.
  2. Take out a bowl to mix your remaining ingredients. Add the almond flour, vanilla protein powder and your blended cottage cheese mixture.
  3. Mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Add in the chocolate chips and then gently fold them in.
  5. Using a cookie scoop, portion the mixture into the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
  6. Cook at 330°F for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. If baking in the oven, bake on 350F for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Let the cookies cool completely in the air fryer basket for at least 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Serve.
