Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned whole rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup date syrup (or sweetener of your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)

Directions
 

  1. Mix all of your ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Lightly spray non-stick cooking spray on your hands to help prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands.
  3. Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form evenly sized balls
  4. Place in the fridge for about 1 hour or longer.
