These no bake protein cheesecake balls are packed with 6 grams of protein per serving thanks to vanilla whey protein powder and full-fat cream cheese. Ingredients
  

Balls:
  • 8 Ounces full fat cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons calorie-free natural sweetener stevia, monk fruit etc.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • Pinch of salt optional
Graham cracker coating (optional):
  • 1-2 graham crackers crushed

Directions
 

  1. Add all of your ingredients into a large bowl (except for the graham crackers) and mix well.
  2. Chill in the fridge for at least 15 to 20 minutes to let the balls firm up a bit before rolling.
  3. Use a medium sized cookie scoop to scoop about 1 ½ tablespoons of your mixture.
  4. Spray your hands with non-stick cooking spray and then roll them into balls. Repeat this process until you are out of your mixture.
  5. Roll your cheesecake balls into a bowl with crushed graham crackers.
  6. Serve or store in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy.
