Ingredients

  • 1 large banana frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen
  • 1 cup plain whole-milk greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Milk if too thick

Directions

  1. If using fresh fruit, cut your banana and pineapple into small pieces and place in a zip lock bag or bowl in the freezer for 2-3 hours. If using already frozen fruit, proceed with step 2.
  2. Take out your frozen fruit and add all of your ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor.

Notes

For an extra thick smoothie, use frozen Greek yogurt instead of fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days and shake well before re-blending.
