Directions
- Turn your Rolled Oats into Oat Flour by blending or processing them until they look like flour. Skip this step if you’re using a different type of flour.
- Take out a bowl and add your ripe bananas into the bowl.
- Using a fork, begin mashing the banana until it becomes a purée.
- Add all of your wet ingredients into the bowl.
- Add all of your dry ingredients into the bowl.
- Slowly mix your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients
- Take out a 9”x5” bread pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Add your mix into the bread pan.
- Bake your bread on 350F/176C for around 55-65 minutes
- Use a toothpick to check around the time it’s almost done.
- Let it cool for about 5-10 minutes before removing and cutting

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze individual slices for a quick grab-and-go breakfast.
