Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Lightly spray four 6 oz ramekins with nonstick cooking spray and place them on a baking sheet for easy in-and-out of the oven.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
- Add the chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Whisk or stir until you have a thick, smooth batter with no dry pockets (it will be thicker than regular cake batter because of the protein powder).
- Fill up the ramekin about 1/3 of the way, then add 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips in the center. Then finish filling the ramekin until it’s about 2/3 of the way full.
- Repeat this process for the other three ramekins.
- Tap the baking sheet gently on the counter to level the tops and pop any large air bubbles.
- Bake at 400°F for about 11–12 minutes.
- Let the ramekins sit for about 5-10 minutes.
