This no-bake Protein Peanut Butter Cookie Dough packs 48g of protein into a single serving that tastes exactly like dessert. Made with powdered peanut butter, vanilla whey protein, and sweetened chocolate chips, it comes together in 30 minutes with zero oven required.

Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter (preferably sugar free)
  • 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 3-4 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk (Use 90-120 mL if using vegan protein powder to get a similar consistency)
  • 1 tbsp naturally-sweetened chocolate chips (stevia, monk fruit etc)
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Directions
 

  1. Add all of your ingredients into a bowl except for your chocolate chips.
  2. Mix everything well until it’s combined.
  3. Gently add and fold in your chocolate chips.
  4. Let it chill in the fridge for about 10 to 20 minutes.
  5. Serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. The dough thickens as it chills, so add an extra splash of almond milk if you prefer a softer consistency.
