Ingredients
  

Base:
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds or chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping (Optional):
  • Whipped Cream
  • Flaxseed

Directions
 

  1. Add all of your ingredients into a large bowl and mix everything together.
  2. Transfer your mixture to a mason jar or a container.
  3. Seal the jar or container and refrigerate overnight or at least for 4-6 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Once you're ready to eat your overnight oats, remove it from the fridge and add the toppings of your choice if desired.
  5. Serve.
