Pumpkin protein shake recipe card – high-protein fall smoothie drink

Pumpkin Protein Shake

This Pumpkin Protein Shake packs 40 grams of protein into a single serving with just a handful of ingredients you can blend together in 5 minutes. I like using vanilla Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder as the base because they give it a creamy, almost dessert-like texture without any added sugar. The canned pumpkin puree gives it that cozy pumpkin spice taste and a thick, smoothie-like texture. At 390 calories and $5.20 per serving, it works as a post-workout refuel or a filling breakfast that keeps you going until lunch.
